Ralph T. Iannelli

Chief Executive Officer of Essex Capital Corporation, an asset management firm located in Santa Barbara.  Founded in 1993 by Mr. Iannelli, Essex Capital Corporation has funded over 1 billion dollars of leased equipment including a number of transactions in the venture capital space.  Mr. Iannelli maintains relationships with some of the largest and well-known venture capital firms in the country.

Mr. Iannelli began his career in 1970 in securities trading and sales at Loeb, Rhoades and Company.  He later held management positions at IBM, and as an Executive Vice President at Nixdorf Computer and Pitney Bowes.  Mr. Iannelli was a Partner at American Computer Leasing Corporation and a Principal at RAM Capital Corporation. 

Mr. Iannelli is an investor and active board member for a broad range of companies including Neos Technologies LLC, Emida Technologies Inc, Givezooks, and a number of other start-up and later stage companies.  Mr. Iannelli is involved with numerous local foundations in the Santa Barbara area, focused on education, law enforcement and not for profit foundations and teaches classes at UCSB and Loyola Marymount University.   Mr. Iannelli is a graduate of St. Josephs College and attended the University of Chicago.

Conor P. Quinn

Vice President of Essex Capital Corporation.  Mr. Quinn participates in all aspects of the day-to-day leasing business and product development initiatives, actively seeking to add to Essex Capital Corporation’s portfolio of “business essential’ equipment leases.  Mr. Quinn maintains a disciplined, customized and actively managed approach towards Essex Capital Corporation’s clients, vendors and business partners.  He is also a member of the firm's credit committee, assisting with the monitoring of credit, ensuring adherence to risk and investment management guidelines.  

Prior to joining Essex, Mr. Quinn served as a Vice President of Wachovia Global Securities Lending (WGSL).  As the head of marketing for WGSL, Mr. Quinn managed all aspects of the securities lending marketing effort and developed successful strategies that drove acquisition and retention efforts across targeted market segments, while overseeing many of the firm’s product development initiatives and sales support team.  Mr. Quinn was a fundamental contributor to Wachovia Global Securities Lending’s new business and growth in assets from $180 billion to over $340 billion.  In addition, Mr. Quinn served as a client service representative for some of the firm’s largest and most profitable securities lending accounts.  Mr. Quinn is a graduate of the University of Denver.

Rachelle J. Pegg

Ms. Pegg manages all administrative responsibilities for Essex Capital Corporation's equipment leasing and venture capital leasing transactions.  Ms. Pegg has been a valuable member of the Essex Capital Corporation team since 2007, executing lease documentation and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Pegg is a coordinator for the Santa Barbara International Marathon and participates in outrigger canoe racing.  Ms. Pegg is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University.
